Delivery time

Smaller pieces such as Accessories can take from 4-12 business days, while larger pieces such as Decoration and Lighting can take from 5-15 business days.

All of our products are entirely handmade from start to finish. Our goal is not mass production or maintaining large inventories, but rather creating high-quality, long-lasting pieces. While we do keep a limited stock, most items are crafted on demand. This allows us to ensure every detail is perfected while working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Proxecto Bolina offers shipping to anywhere in the world. We work with Seur and Correos, and here are our shipping rates:

Taxes and duties

All taxes are included for EU countries and UK.

All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Uncollected packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Proxecto Bolina

Currencies

Proxecto Bolina offers currency changes from euros, pounds and dollars on our website, by clicking on the right panel on every page. However, we are not held responsible for any currency change during checkout or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

Returns

You may return the items purchased from Proxecto Bolina’s online store within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all products are to be returned in their original condition, with labels attached, as products with any signs of damage will not be accepted. If you are receiving multiple shipments for the same order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return.

Proxecto Bolina reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Customers are responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs. We are not able to provide any prepaid label. If you are interested in return a product, please follow the following steps:

  1. Please, send us an email to info@proxectobolina.com with the order number and your email account to start the process of your return.
  2. Prepare the package: The returned articles should be in perfect conditions, packaged in the original remittance and the labels must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original package.
  3. Send the package to: Proxecto Bolina, Rua C Parcela 189, Polígono Industrial A Granxa, 36475, Porriño, Pontevedra

Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.

Also please note, duty or customs charges may be incurred during the reintroduction on returns outside of the European Union. If so, this cost could be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return to reach us and for the refund to be processed.
